Who is responsible for the processing of your data?

This privacy policy applies to all personal data that the interested party provides to the Fundación Ronsel, as well as to any individual interested in the activities and services that the Fundación Ronsel offers through its web pages and through any other means of communication. The aim of the Fundación Ronsel Privacy Policy is to provide transparency of information on how we treat your personal data in compliance with current data protection regulations.

For what purpose do we process your personal data and with what legitimacy?

The Fundación Ronsel has a Register of Processing Activities which details each of the following processing operations carried out as data controller:

Administrative Management

Management of invoicing to Clients and suppliers as a result of the commercial activity of the Fundación Ronsel

  • GDPR: 6.1.b) the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the implementation at the request of the data subject of pre-contractual measures.

  • RGPD: 6.1.c) Processing necessary for compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the data controller.

Personal Management

Management of personnel with an employment relationship with the Fundación Ronsel: Personal file, time control, issuing of payroll, training and prevention of occupational risks.

  • GDPR: 6.1.a) The data subject consented to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes.
  • GDPR: 6.1.b) Processing necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.

Selection of human resources to cover internal needs or the needs of service components in files and contracts with Clients

How long do we keep your personal data?

The Fundación Ronsel will keep the data of those affected for the duration of their relationship with the organisation, and after this, the data will be kept in accordance with the provisions of the archiving and documentation regulations established by each applicable legislation. In the event that you request a right, your data will be deleted according to the right you have requested.

Who has access to your personal data?

The Fundación Ronsel may transfer or communicate personal data in order to fulfil its obligations to the Public Administrations in cases where this is required in accordance with the legislation in force at any given time.

What are the rights of those affected?

We inform you that you may exercise the following rights:

  1. Right of access to your personal data to find out which are being processed;
  2. The right to rectify any inaccurate personal data;
  3. Right to erasure of your personal data, where this is possible; 4;
  4. The right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data where the accuracy, lawfulness or necessity of the processing of the data is in doubt, in which case we may retain the data for the purpose of pursuing or defending claims.
  5. Right to object to the processing of your personal data, when the legal basis that enables us to process it is legitimate interest. Fundación Ronsel will stop processing your data unless it has a compelling legitimate interest or for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims.
  6. The right to the portability of your data, when the legal basis that enables us to process the indicated data is your consent.

These rights may be exercised free of charge by the data subject, and, where appropriate, by anyone representing him or her, by means of a written request addressed to rgpd@fundacionronsel.org.

In addition to the above rights, the data subject shall have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time without such withdrawal of consent affecting the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal of consent. Fundación Ronsel may continue to process the data of the data subject to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Fundación Ronsel reminds the data subject that he/she has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority of the country in which he/she is located.

Unsubscribing from the service of sending commercial communications

The interested party has the right to revoke at any time the consent given for the sending of commercial communications by simply notifying the Fundación Ronsel that he/she no longer wishes to receive commercial communications. To do so, the interested party may click on the link included in each communication cancelling the sending of electronic commercial communications or revoke their consent by notifying rgpd@fundacionronsel.org.

What security measures have we implemented?

The Fundación Ronsel undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy of personal data and its duty to protect them, and will adopt the necessary measures to avoid their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorised access, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations.
The Fundación Ronsel has implemented the necessary technical and organisational security measures to guarantee the security of your personal data and to avoid its alteration, loss and treatment and/or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether from human action or from the physical or natural environment, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations.

Modification of the Privacy Policy

The Fundación Ronsel may modify its Privacy Policy in accordance with the legislation applicable at any given time. In any case, any modification of the Privacy Policy will be duly notified to the Affected Party so that he/she is informed of the changes made in the processing of his/her personal data and, in the event that the applicable regulations so require, the Affected Party may grant his/her consent.
