EQUAL Leadeship Programme partners from 5 different countries (Latvia, Poland, Italy, Portugal and Spain) met in Riga on April 29th and 30th 2024 for the fourth international meeting of the project organised by the University of Latvia.
The main topics discussed during this meeting were:
- Review of the results obtained to date.
- Explore possibilities for improvement of the Interactive Catalogue of Good Practices in Equal Leadership.
- Schedule next actions: webinars, national conferences, etc.
- Planning for the final conference in Lisbon at the end of the year.
- Financial review of the project.
In addition, the educational game Break Out, Break Barriers! was presented to raise awareness of the under-representation of women in political and economic leadership positions in EU member states.
