On the 12th and 13th of June 2023, the member entities of the EQUAL Leadership “A Drone To Promote Gender Equality on Political and Economic Decision-Making” met in Florence (Italy) to celebrate an international meeting organized by FORLILPSI of the University of Florence, an italian partner.
The main aspects approached during the meeting were:
- Selection of the best practices presented by each member (28 out of a total of mor than 400).
- Review and election of the 20 most useful practices for the general project objetives.
- Exhibition of these good practices to all the partners and elimination of the three least relevant ones, resulting in a final catalogue of 17 practices that will be further explored throughout the project.
- Review and acceptance of the work methodologies to be used.
- Sharing of the questionnaries to be delivered to the focus groups and the interviews that will be conducted with different stakeholders.
- Review of the dissemination and communicaction tools of the program and approval of the communication strategy plan.
- Decision to hold the next international meeting in A Coruña (Spain) in October-November 2023.
During this meeting, several seminars were held with the participation of external experts and panel discussions with doctoral students from the University of Florence.
