Gaudete Foundation, from Poland, creates opportunities for the exchange of knowledge and experience between trainers, teachers and tutors in the aspect of women and adult education.
Why did you join EQUAL Leadership Programme?
The Gaudete Foundation joined the CERV program because it offers organizations and individuals a wide range of support opportunities. The program promotes European values, human rights, development and civic engagement. Project ProPEGE also offers an interesting platform for cooperation and knowledge exchange, which increases the organization’s capabilities.
Thanks to the PROPEGE project, the Gaudete Foundation has increased international cooperation and partnerships.
How do you evaluate your work so far? What are you emphasizing?
We evaluate our partnership cooperation so far as good, supportive and cohesive. The opportunity to work in an international team is valuable to the Gaudete Foundation. We emphasize good cooperation between 5 countries, through which knowledge and experience increase.
What are the expected results?
The expected results are the expansion of knowledge in the field of Equal Leadership and the creation of a platform containing an interactive database of existing good practices, programs and legislation in various European Union countries. The platform is the basis for activities aimed at raising awareness and increasing motivation among target groups such as employers, trade unions, decision-makers, civil society organizations, and research centers.
What conclusions did you draw?
It is fruitful for PROPEGE project participants to raise awareness of the area of Equal Leadership and apply this knowledge in their institutions and organizations.
